Target Audience
This educational activity is designed for rheumatologists and other clinicians interested in or involved with the treatment of patients with Fibromyalgia.
Learning Objectives
Upon successful completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
1. Identify the principles of differential diagnosis of fibromyalgia in a rheumatology practice
2. Review other clinical symptoms that may overlap with fibromyalgia symptoms, and understand the value of individualized, multimodal treatment approaches for patients with fibromyalgia
3. Discuss the clinical evidence supporting approved and experimental nonpharmacologic and pharmacologic options for the management of fibromyalgia
